CuePatch

Privacy

Your files stay yours.

CuePatch processes subtitle files locally on your Mac. The app does not upload subtitle text, videos, filenames or export manifests to Shipmac.

Files and folders

CuePatch reads only files you explicitly select or drop into the app. Exports are written to the folder you choose, and source files are not overwritten by default.

Analytics and accounts

The first release does not require an account and does not include behavioral analytics. If optional crash reporting is added later, this policy will identify the provider and the information collected before it is enabled.

Website

This informational website may receive standard server request logs such as IP address, browser type and requested path for security and reliability. It does not sell personal information.

Website analytics

This website loads Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. When enabled, Shipmac measures page visits, the product hostname and checkout starts; it does not send files or content processed by the Mac app. You can change your choice at any time using Analytics choices.
